No, there isn't, but that's because when Ralf Schneider wrote the CLNP
and COTP stuff he put them in packet-clnp.c.

There are, but only in the current CVS version.

Again, that's in the current CVS version.  If you're going to be
developing an OSI session-layer dissector, you should be using the
current CVS version of Ethereal, or should wait for the next release.

Probably not, but nobody's bothered to remove the COTP/CLTP code from
packet-clnp.c and put it in a packet-ositp.c.
