Folks:

This patch now displays non-printable characters for the windows platform in
octal format ('\nnn'). The entire protocol tree field value would appear as
a blank line if the value contained at least 1 non-printable character. Now
LDAP attributes values that contain binary data will be displayed in octal
format and not appear as a blank line.
