      Objective
      The goal of this project is to write a set of Java API's and utility 
      programs that can be used by other programmers to develop applications 
      that will record, monitor and playback the stream of HTTP requests 
      received by our web site.  We would like to use these tools to 
      implement what one might envision as the software analog to a hardware 
      data line monitor.
