Looks good.

Any objections to removing (as this patch does) filters from the
"Edit:Preferences" tab list, and providing a separate "Edit:Filters"
dialog box for editing your list of filters (and, when you click the
"Filter:" button on the main window or the "Capture:Start" dialog box,
selecting filters as well)?

If not, I say "check it in".
