Wireshark is a desktop application, not an online service or any sort of hybrid of the two. The application does not store any data in any sort of hosted environment.

Under the A4L umbrella, the SDPC is bringing together over 3,000 districts, SEAs and Vendors who are community members to contribute to the national model. The attached Privacy agreement is based on that template as well.
