Hi Powell, 

Thank you for the help. I tried the option -g. 
But still the permission is the same. No way to download the captured files.

Look at the -g command line option. Snip from the man pages below. I use this a lot and works as advertised 


g

This option causes the output file(s) to be created with group-read permission (meaning that the output file(s) can be read by other members of the calling user's group
