Wireshark · Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] Capture info dialog box - how to enable in 2.4.4

In WireShark 1.10 under 'Capture Options' window it used to be possible 
to toggle on and off 'Hide capture info dialog' which brought up a small 
window during capture that showed a histogram with the numbers of 
different types of packets that had been captured.

How can I enable this feature in WS 2.4.4? There is an option to 'Show 
extra capture information dialog' under the 'Capture interfaces' 
'Options' tab, but this doesn't make the histogram appear.

Any suggestions? MTIA.
