Not necessarily.  "HuaweiTe" is short for "Huawei Technologies Co.", and Huawei offer servers:

and storage equipment:

and networking equipment:

as well as telecommunications equipment.  ("Te" isn't short for "telecommunications" or "telephone" or....)
