From the provided link, i got the below answer

 

“Wireshark does not provide a UPP dissector though, unless you have a custom version / plugin.”

 

I believe UPP plug-in is possible but some custom way. Can you please provide me that custom way so that I can use the latest wireshark. J

The download page says 1.12.3 is the current Stable release and 1.10.12 is the current Old Stable release.
