If bytes/tick works for you, then you should be able to use something like this:

Filter: frame.len    Calc: Sum(*)    frame.len

If you would prefer bits/tick, then I think that would require an enhancement to
Wireshark in order to add filters such as frame.len_bits and frame.cap_len_bits.
