Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] Difference between Wrong timestamp and Out of seq

Hello,

Can anyone tell me what does "Wrong timestamp" and "Out of seq" mean. Its related to Voip calls and media stream. Also it would be useful to know what could be the reason having high value regarding these two.
