Wireshark · Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] help on capturing the 802.11 packets

Hi,
I am working on the Ubuntu 10.10 and set the wireless adapter mode into monitor, and start the wireshark under root. But, as the user guide suggest, in the capture option, I should be able to choose the second entry, capture packets in monitor mode. However, it is not possible on my laptop. I cannot put a mark in the square. Anyone who comes to the same problem?
