But now we have developed private code on Wireshark1.2.5, it may need much effort to update to latest Wireshark release from www.wireshark.org. Any other action I can take? Thanks!
I’ve been user of Wireshark over the past few years, it always worked well.
I recently had my PC refreshed �C I now have a Thinkpad T410 �C running Windows XP. Is this issue related to any configuration? Any one should to do change?

Quickest option: remove your installation completely, download the
latest release from www.wireshark.org and install that one.
