Which, in the case of many Windows installers, means "run the installer"; wireshark-win32-1.5.0-SVN-33604.exe is, as the ".exe" at the end of the name suggests, an executable program. (If she used a Web browser to download wireshark-win32-1.5.0-SVN-33604.exe, I would have expected it to ask, after the download had finished, whether she wants to run the program.)
