It's an uppcoming feature in the next major release, you can try it out on a development build.

In the wireshark book, it states you can right-click and choose "apply as column". It shows the option available on page 71 in the right-click menu.
I can't get it to be available . I was using V1.2.7, and upgraded to
V1.2.8 in the hope it may be there, but still no luck.
Anyone any ideas what's wrong?
