Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] yahoo messenger error capture

I am a sysadmin of a small network and I am having a problem logging in with yahoo messenger in my network. I am using pfsense firewall (freeBSD based firewall) as a premitter firewall in my place and I have the proxy server turned on in the firewall settings (Squid + SquidGuard). I tried allowing all website access through SquidGuard and I have opened all the ports for that particular client just to find if it can connect but no dice. I was able to successfully connect when I turned off the proxy settings from internet explorer but that defeats the purpose of having SquidGuard. I thought of capturing the traffic before and during the login error to check on he problem but I can't really tell whats he problem since I am new with network protocols and I am still studying. So what can you tell from that capture (attached with this email) what could be the problem. Any help is greatly appreciated.
