Wireshark · Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] Payload data in ASCII format?

Dear All
I have captured the data between my Solaris 8 server and a network element , by the followings :
%snoop -o log.cap port 32853
I opened the log.cap on my Windows Wireshark and I want to see the payload data in ASCII format . Can you please let me know how can I do that ?
