Could you try:
Quit Wireshark then in the Wireshark install dir, file dictionary.xml try to
delete the line:
<!ENTITY eap SYSTEM "eap.xml">
And
&eap;
Start Wireshgark again.

Hi,
I just detected an issue with latests Wireshark release 1.2.1:
Diameter request cannot be decoded anymore, but with release 1.2.0 it worked
perfect.
I have added a small tracefile with diameter messages in packets
11,12,16,17,21,23,25,35,36,39,41 to verify the issue.
