Dear Wireshark,

 

When making active the wireshark for logging, after 60 hrs wireshark stops with next failure message:

 Pop up

 

GLib-ERROR **:gmem.c:172: failed to allocate 380620 bytes

Aborting …

 

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library

Runtime error

 

 

What could be the reason fors the stop ?  Aim is to make a logging over 30 days…

 

320kb /m in will be logged into this network.

Win XP SP 2 is used

Virtual memory = 2 GB

Free disk space > 30 GB
