Yes, this is a Microsoft Codec. But theres nowhere a player, a rtp player or a decoder aviabile.

I think ”-x” denotes ”Experimental”/”private” if it’s used by Windows Live Messenger there’s a fair chance

That it’s a Microsoft proprietary codec.
