I don't know of any definite plans, but there is also support for MAC, RLC and PDCP.

Though this is not the proper question to ask here but i think i can get some help in this forum.
 
Can any one suggest me if some 3rd party tool availabe to decode LTE related messages like S1AP, NAS, X2AP, RRC and PMIP etc
