The "Go Spelunking" section of the download page says:
"You can explore the download areas of the main site and mirrors below.
Past releases can be found by browsing the all-versions directories
under each platform directory."
For example, you can find past (and current) releases of the Windows
installers at http://www.wireshark.org/download/win32/all-versions/
