Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] out going TCP packets indicates possible checksum error

To the list

I have been having problems with response from our host server to our clients.  I looked the packets from both the clients machine and the server.

From either place I look I always see this type of message:

16        6.591681         207.183.166.169         67.208.107.244           TCP     health-polling > 48009 [ACK] Seq=1 Ack=1 Win=65535 [TCP CHECKSUM INCORRECT] Len=0

It is always the packet coming from the host I am collecting from.  I see it on the server and the client.

Is this saying the packet has a problem when it leaves? Could this be an application issue?

Thanks in advance
