Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] wireshark 1.0.5 not showing any transmitted IP packets runing

I open two command prompt windows, in 1 I start tshark in the other I type "ping 192.168.0.1". tshark shows the ARP request and reply and the ping replies but not the ping requests (see the following trace). Wireshark shows the same thing. I am running Windows Vista 64 bit Home Premium.
 
Is this a know bug/feature? Have I missed a configuration step?
