Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] Need help analyzing...

So, I am trying to determine why my gigabit network is so slow (copying files at less that 10MB/sec).

Please take a look at the log file attached and let me know what you think. I see a lot of TCP out of order. Is that an issue I should be worried about?
