GTK+ 1.x support has been dropped in Wireshark 1.1.x If you really need it,
you can use the latest 1.0.x version. Sorry for the confusion by the text in
the INSTALL file. I will change the text in the file.

i want to use GTK+ 1.2.x to compile.
In the " INSTALL" - File is a note: "Note also that Wireshark
configuration defaults to using GTK+ and GLib 2.x; you need to configure
with --disable-gtk2 to use GTK+ 1.2[.x]".
But ./configure --help don´t show this switch.
How can i use the grk+ 1.2.x ?
