Hi,
What you see is the ASCII representation of some of the hexadecimal values
you've put in, like \x65 == 'e'. So the passwords haven't been changed, there
must be something else going on.

privPassword: +\xce1\x1a\xb6\xca\x13\xedFkRi\x99\xf2#\xde
And of couse I can not get the decrpted SNMPV3 messages.
What's the problem? Is this a bug ?
