On that there is a tab selection for offload... And I see the kinds of offload (i.e TCP/IP checksum, TCP large send ).
Since we I'm interested here for checksum: For TCP calculation supported is YES, and options fields supported Yes. For UDP it is (Yes, nothing-no options )... I don't know what is/are options fields, but I guess I can now carryon .. looking for them on my own ...
BTW, on a secure connection ( just using openssl ), the packet sequences are a little different, and I still see the incorrect checksum warning like the one I was getting under SIP/SSL, but the data flies thru one end to other quite nicely ...

When running Wireshark under Windows, you can view a screen that gives
information on IP, TCP, UDP checksum offloading for your network card.
Click on the Interfaces toolbar button (left most button) and click on
Details for your card and look under Task Offload.
