I am seeing >10mbit with larger window sizes consistently on different servers.  The rtt should be lower on the second trace just because it is hitting a different amazon datacenter (and thus the higher throughput).

Well, I do see a difference. The throughput in the first trace
was 0,313 Mbit/s, in the new trace it is 1,721 Mbit/s

I also see that the window size that the amazon server is advertising
now increases to over 200K.

You say you did not see anything change, what is the problem you are
still experiencing? If you refer to the window size that your server
advertises, since you are sending data, not receiving it, there is
no need to increase it.
