Dear Abhik,

It is not the matter of the Phone's setting, since I could capture the pakcets from the wiresahrk installed on the desktop computers.

The problem is that only my notebook could not capture the packets.

I think the porblem should be of the WinPcap installed in my notebook. However, I don't know how to deal with it.
