You may be capturing each packet twice. Try filtering with
"frame.time_delta le 0.01"

Hi,
When I
capture VoIP Conversations, decode, and then play them through the built-in
tool, the audio playback is very slow. it seems like if it was sped up
200% it would play in normal speed. Is there something that I am
missing?
I realize this only supports a-law and u-law, and my
server is using them for the codec's. Please let me know!
