Wireshark-users: [Wireshark-users] Annoying Windows of Wireshark

Dear All:

I install Wireshark in my WinXP computer.
When I double-click the Wireshark, many pop-up windows appear.
How can I do to eliminate these pop-up windows when I start Wireshark?
