By the way, you mentioned that some packages are supported in Wireshark whereas some are not, in ASN.1. Do you mean Wireshark supports H.248.1 Version 3 ASN and ABNF?

The current ASN.1 is H.248.1 v3 many packages are supported but some
are incomplete and some are missing completely.
the text encoded one I sincerely do not know what has changed between
releases but I guess it can allow to filter on the most important
fields anyway.
