I have checked in a change to make it possible to "decode as"
For the SCTP port used for NBAP. I also updated the value string for the
Registered PPID's.
Committed revision 21927.

Hi Martin,
The trace shows that you use payload protocol identifier 17
for NBAP, which is already taken.

Is there a specification for NBAP over SCTP? The best way is to
register with IANA a payload protocol identifier and possibly also
an SCTP port number.
