How often should I be seeing Fast Retransmits and Dup Acks in a normal
TCP/IP connection? Here's a breakdown for a TCP conversation containing
about 8000 packets:
Fast Retransmit 132
Out of Order Segment 2
Suspected Retransmission 175
Dup Ack 384
Window Update 284
