Hi,Rich Gomes ,
    Yes ,there are maybe some bugs in the code of this version of
wireshark .The same phenomena also appear usually on FC4.
     I don't know what reason cause this problem but if you don't
need the function of SNMP,you can resolve it thought this below:
     ./configure --without-net-snmp --without-ucd-snmp

     then recompile the source code,everything is OK,Good luck!
