If you want feedback regarding your proposals you should contact the
organization you applied to. We haven't seen your application and
cannot refer to it in any way.
If by proposal you mean the "Project Description" publicly visible at
GSoD website, then note that it is only a fraction of the application
and doesn't really show the whole picture (writing experience and
additional information are important as well).
