Hello,

I want to contribute to wireshark by updating Russian translation (it's a bit incomplete) and update wiki page about C37.118 protocol (https://wiki.wireshark.org/IEEE%20C37.118)/

How I can do it?

PS. I find mistake at https://wiki.wireshark.org/Development/SubmittingPatches in Sample workflow commands:
