Wireshark · Wireshark-dev: [Wireshark-dev] Upgrades to 3.0.4 on Windows failing?

Hi folks,

Whenever I try to upgrade from 3.0.0 to 3.0.4 it comes back with a
little error message:

"An error occurred in retrieving update information; are you sure you
are connected to the internet? Please try again later."

However, it persists.

Any thoughts on how I can diagnose this?
