Wireshark-dev: [Wireshark-dev] No Interfaces found issue

Hello list,

I had compiled wireshark-2.6.3 (I am trying to develop a plugin) and after start I see Wireshark window with message "No Interfaces found" . Also I have installation of Wireshark-2.2.6 it finds all interfaces. What would be a reason of this different behavior?
