I submitted a tiny patch to address a particular need I saw recently.

The patch just adds a more specific expert warning ("Payload IE in 
header") already would have been flagged by a more general expert 
warning ("Unsupported IE ID").  The question I have is whether it's 
worthwhile to submit a corresponding capture file.  I have a single 
capture file that contains both the malformed and corrected frames, but 
since it's only a relatively small warning change, is it worth 
submitting?  And if so, where?
