Which version are you using? Git blame shows me old commits on that file (15 nov and older), but the code looks good to me and no warnings are raised by my compilers.

I am seeing this because of a recent change:

packet-quic.c: In function 'dissect_quic':
packet-quic.c:530:23: error: 'num_ts' may be used uninitialized in
this function [-Werror=maybe-uninitialized]
                 num_ts--;
                       ^
packet-quic.c:471:32: note: 'num_ts' was declared here
         guint8 num_blocks = 0, num_ts;

Is it fixed already?
