Not that I know anything about the magical world of Redhat and Fedora packaging, but this package: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=823616 seems to indicate a wireshark-qt rpm: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/rpminfo?rpmID=8647809.
