I'm also seeing bad "download" links from gerrit pages. It appears to be adding an additional "a" directory
git fetch https://<username>@code.wireshark.org/review/a/wireshark refs/changes/21/14521/2 && git cherry-pick FETCH_HEAD
instead of
git fetch https://<username>@code.wireshark.org/review/wireshark refs/changes/21/14521/2 && git cherry-pick FETCH_HEAD
Took me a few failed tries before I realized it.
