Wireshark-dev: [Wireshark-dev] error generating the build files Wireshark

Hello,

I get this warning in red letters when generating the build files:

'LC_ALL' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

Then when I build Wireshark it fails with these errors:
