There is actually a issue on verify signature for master buildbot (and it is why, there is no 1.99.8 release)

I was just trying to find an automated build for Windows on https://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/ . The only builds I can find are for 1.12rc7 and PDB builds for 1.99.8, but no builds for 1.99.8 in either x86 or x64 directories. 

Has this been changed on purpose, or am I missing something?
