hello, 

i replaced the gryphon string with the name of my plugin in all files listed in README.plugin like what it sayed in this file (README.plugin) ! but i get this error !! 

so this is not the problem !!

As you are the only one having such an issue, you probably messed something on your side.
Did you copy/paste the gryphon folder before renaming it to my_Plugin? If yes and if you have a gryphon.so file in this folder, please remove it. It should not be present.

hello,

when i m trying to add my plugin 

when i try to run wireshark i get this error :

 the plugin gryphon.so, version 0.0.4 

was found in multiple directories 

Segmentation fault (core dumped) 

of course the gryphon.so found in plugin/gryphon and plugin/my_new_plugin 

what can i do ? how i solve this ?

Hi,

edit the various makefiles and moduleinfo.(h|nmake) files in plugin/my_new_plugin folder and replace the "gryphon" string by "my_new_plugin" string (or whatever name is applicable for your plugin).
