Hi folks,

I was trying to set up a Windows build environment and found, by
commenting out things in the batch file recommended that when you run
C:\"Program Files\...\SetEnv.cmd" it changes any instance of
C:\cygwin64\bin in your path to C:\cygwin\bin.
