Hi,

for any protocol when dissect_proto() function is called, what is the value of proto_tree * tree that it receives from the parent dissector ?? This tree pointer is also used during detailed dissection of the packets i.e if the value of proto_tree * is true, the user is looking for detailed dissection . How does this concept actually works ??
