I have found that it is the known Ply issue
http://code.google.com/p/ply/issues/detail?id=30
I will look whether it is better to fix yacc.py or to change our asn2wrs.py

After changing PYTHON= to python2 it works OK, so problem is with python 3.X (3.2.5?)
